Aaron Frederickson handles all aspects of workers' compensation litigation and subrogation issues arising from workers' compensation claims. In working on these matters, Aaron has recognized the implications of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act on settling cases in the areas of automobile, general liability and workers' compensation claims. He has since taken the initiative and published articles on this topic and is also a frequent lecturer before various insurance companies, trade organizations and other law related seminars. He is also a charter member in the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professional and is a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant-Certified.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron worked at the Office of the Ramsey County Attorney-Child Support Enforcement Division.
When he is not at work, Aaron is active in his community. He is a licensed youth soccer coach through the United States Soccer Federation, and he serves on the board of directors of the Centennial Soccer Club and the Centennial Sports Arena.
