Rick Nelson practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation litigation and has done so since 1985. Rick represents employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers at the Department of Labor & Industry, the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings, the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court.  Rick is a regular speaker at the firm's workers' compensation seminars and has authored numerous articles on all aspects of Minnesota workers' compensation.  He is currently the Chair of the Workers' Compensation Law Practice Group.
