Attorneys

Noelle Schubert is an associate attorney at Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A.  She represents insured and self-insured employers in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation. 

A native of Cold Spring, Minnesota, Noelle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, with minors in English writing and art history, from the University of St. Thomas .  Following her undergraduate studies, Noelle worked as a legal assistant for a workers' compensation firm in St. Paul .  She went on to earn her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.  During law school, Noelle worked as a law clerk for a Minneapolis firm specializing in property and casualty insurance defense, employment law, and workers' compensation.  She also served as a member of William Mitchell Law Review and became a Qualified Rule 114 Neutral.  Prior to joining Arthur Chapman, Noelle practiced with a Minneapolis firm specializing in property and casualty insurance defense and subrogation. 

Outside of her law practice, Noelle enjoys traveling, reading, and fishing on Minnesota' s lakes.
