Kevin Kirchner joined Arthur Chapman in September 2007. He practices in the areas of no-fault, construction defect, and general civil litigation. Kevin is an aggressive litigator who enjoys jumping headlong into a case and developing the most resourceful route for settlement. Kevin has tried several jury trials representing insurance companies and individuals and brought numerous cases to a successful settlement.
Throughout his career, Kevin has gained a thorough and insightful understanding of how to practice law most efficiently and effectively for the benefit of his clients. Kevin was previously practicing construction defect, litigation defense, no-fault, general civil litigation, subrogation, and defending Part 2 liability at a mid-sized Minneapolis law firm. In addition, prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2001, Kevin worked as a paralegal for a major personal injury law firm for nine years. The combination of this experience has allowed Kevin to garner a unique understanding of not only the law, but also how to most efficiently manage a file for the benefit of his client.
When he is not in the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also finds time for running, playing golf, and participating in his children's school and extracurricular activities.
