Arthur Chapman's Workers' Compensation Practice Law Group Welcomes Three New Associates

The Workers' Compensation Law Practice Group at Arthur Chapman is proud to announce the addition of three new associates: Susan KH Conley, Susan E. Larson, and Noelle L. Schubert. Each one brings a unique set of assets to our group, and we are excited to have such strong talent join our team!

Susan KH Conley has been practicing law for over 20 years in the areas of workers' compensation and general liability. Prior to joining Arthur, Chapman, Sue was a Senior Trial Attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. She has represented insured employers in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation. Sue has lectured on the subject of workers' compensation, presenting seminars for the Workers' Compensation Continuing Legal Education, Lorman Business Center, and numerous clients. She has been requested to speak at on-site seminars for General Mills and Darden Restaurants, as well as a National Retailers Seminar at the Mall of America. Sue has a successful record in both trying cases at the Office of Administrative Hearings and arguing cases before the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals.

Susan E. Larson focuses her practice in the area of Workers' Compensation. She became a Qualified Family Law Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Supreme Court Rules of Practice while in law school. Also during law school, Susan was a law clerk at both a non-profit immigration firm and a personal injury/malpractice law firm.

Susan is fluent in Spanish, has studied in Spain, and traveled to various Spanish-speaking countries. Susan and her husband, Joseph, live in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, with their two shelties.

Noelle L. Schubert joined Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. in May 2007 and concentrates her practice in the area of Workers' Compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Noelle practiced in the areas of property and casualty insurance defense and subrogation.  

During law school, Noelle served as a member of William Mitchell Law Review and became a Qualified Rule 114 Neutral. Noelle also worked as a law clerk at a Minneapolis firm specializing in property and casualty insurance defense. Following her under-graduate studies, Noelle worked at a workers' compensation firm in St. Paul.

Noelle is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and a native of Cold Spring, Minnesota.
