Associates enjoy immediate client contact and primary file responsibilities in a wide variety of litigation matters. It is not uncommon for associates to appear in court for motion hearings and arbitrations within weeks of their joining our firm and to try jury trials within a year or two. Paralegals are given a wide variety of assignments including gathering client information, deposition summaries, obtaining records and trial preparation.
