Mike Nemo has been practicing law for over 10 years and joined ACKSP in 2005. Mike practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation and focuses primarily on motor vehicle accident litigation, including bodily injury, no-fault and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mike has extensive jury trial and arbitration experience and has produced outstanding results for his clients. He has also defended hundreds of general liability and premises liability claims. Prior to joining the firm, he served as staff counsel to a major insurance company. He has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine. Mike is committed to providing his clients with excellent legal representation in an efficient and timely manner.
